Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of foundational embeddings using advanced architectures like graph neural networks and transformer models
• Design and evolve the Embeddings platform for ML teams to access, store, and share embeddings
• Drive high-impact projects that align with engineering and business goals while building and mentoring a high-performing team

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in people management
• 8+ years of experience in a production software development environment
• Experience with large-scale ML systems serving hundreds of millions of users
• Experience building self-service platforms for large-scale data and embeddings
• Experience leading modeling teams focused on foundational embeddings
