• Drive technical and organizational strategy by collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams
• Lead hiring efforts and contribute to culture and process improvements within the engineering organization

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical experience with expertise in architecture and operations of large-scale services
• Experience managing Engineering Managers and senior Individual Contributors
• Proven track record in planning and delivering complex projects across multiple teams
• Knowledge of service design, operational considerations, and public cloud infrastructure
• Experience with full web application stack technologies, including frontend and backend frameworks
