Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of 10+ software engineers across multiple agile squads
Guide the technical vision for core B2B and consumer-facing platforms
Own the end-to-end software development lifecycle for API-powered prescription fulfillment

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
8+ years of experience in software engineering and architecture
3+ years of direct people management experience
Experience building scalable B2B SaaS or consumer-facing applications
Deep understanding of AWS, PostgreSQL, Ruby on Rails, Python, TypeScript, and JavaScript
