Senior Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager - FinOps.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a hybrid team of engineers and analysts, implementing AI-driven efficiencies
• Own and manage FinOps platforms and tooling, transitioning manual reporting to AI-augmented systems
• Drive architectural modernization to enhance cloud billing data accessibility for non-technical stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Deep expertise in AWS and GCP billing data and cost structures
• 8+ years of experience in engineering, cloud platforms, or data systems
• 3+ years of people management experience leading hybrid technical/analytical teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Experience with AI-assisted design or coding tools to enhance team delivery
