Senior Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Engineering (AI-Forward Platform Builder, RIA).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of engineers, product managers, and designers while serving as a hands-on technical force multiplier
• Identify and deploy AI and automation technologies to enhance team productivity and system capabilities
• Own the technical roadmap and drive engineering decisions to balance speed and stability in high-traffic systems

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience, particularly in startup or early-stage environments
• 3+ years managing a cross-functional engineering team
• 3+ years in a Staff level engineering position
• Hands-on experience with full-stack software engineering and modern web systems
• Demonstrated experience building and deploying AI-powered systems in production
