Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 7+ backend and full-stack engineers
• Drive execution against company and product goals while fostering a high-performing team environment
• Collaborate with product and design teams to prioritize and build cohesive, maintainable systems

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing software engineering teams
• Experience in high-responsibility/high-impact domains
• Strong technical judgment and familiarity with relevant tech stacks, particularly Haskell
• Background in finance, fintech, or banking systems is preferred
• Experience leading remote-first, distributed teams is a plus
