Job Summary

Senior Engineering Manager, responsible for managing a team of engineers in the development and success of the Datastore, ensuring high engineering standards and effective integration within the organization, in a full-time remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor engineers to enhance their impact and navigate challenges
• Oversee the development roadmap, ensuring alignment with company objectives and clear communication with stakeholders
• Lead project management initiatives, defining scope, managing timelines, and ensuring compliance with design control requirements

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience managing mid-sized software engineering teams
• Hands-on experience leading engineering teams under formal design controls (IEC 62304 or equivalent)
• Proven ability to foster team growth and overcome challenges
• Strong understanding of project planning and estimation accuracy
• Experience in integrating stakeholder feedback into decision-making processes
