Job Summary

The full-time Senior Engineering Manager will lead and grow the Application & Product Security squad, focusing on defining team goals and driving security initiatives in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Application & Product Security squad, establishing the team's charter, KPIs, and roadmap
• Drive strategic direction of product, application, and AI security while managing vulnerability processes
• Oversee offensive security programs including penetration testing and threat detection

Required qualifications

• 8+ years in security engineering with a minimum of 3 years in leadership roles
• Hands-on experience in building scalable Product Security programs
• Deep expertise in application security and secure SDLC
• Experience managing offensive security programs such as pentesting and bug bounty
• Fluency in transformative AI approaches applied to security practices
