Senior Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To lead the Partner Integrations & Automation Pod, the full-time Senior Engineering Manager will manage a team of engineers, oversee external identity integrations, and drive internal operational efficiency through automation in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and mentor engineering team members while fostering a culture of growth and psychological safety
• Oversee project delivery and operational excellence, ensuring timely execution and cross-functional collaboration
• Act as the technical liaison for partners, defining integration strategies and managing the execution of technical projects

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in people management, specifically leading engineering teams
• 8+ years of engineering experience with a focus on Ruby on Rails
• Experience in enterprise client-facing technical roles such as Solutions Engineering or Forward Deployed Engineering
• Deep knowledge of SSO (SAML, OIDC) and secure data exchange protocols
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance coding workflows and drive efficiency
