Senior Engineering Manager

Job Summary

The full-time remote Senior Engineering Manager will lead the Seller Experience domain, overseeing multiple engineering teams to enhance seller tools and platforms, drive modernization initiatives, and ensure high-quality engineering practices.

Key responsibilities

• Own the vision and strategy for the Seller Experience platform, driving platform modernization and technical decision-making
• Collaborate with Product and Design to define roadmaps and lead new product development from concept to launch
• Mentor and develop engineering managers, fostering a high-performing and collaborative engineering culture across distributed teams

Required qualifications

• 5-7+ years of engineering leadership experience managing teams of 30+ engineers
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale software initiatives, including greenfield product launches and platform migrations
• Deep understanding of modern software architecture patterns and hands-on experience in .NET or similar ecosystems
• Experience managing distributed engineering teams with effective remote collaboration strategies
• Strong product sense with the ability to align technical decisions with user experience needs
