Senior Engineering Manager

Job Summary

The full-time Senior Engineering Manager will lead a cross-functional engineering team in a hybrid environment, remaining a hands-on contributor while driving the development of AI-native workflows and overseeing technical decisions across multiple product domains.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of engineers, focusing on velocity, process, performance, and team culture
• Remain a technical contributor by writing production code and leading design reviews
• Define and enforce engineering standards across code quality, system design, and deployment practices

Required qualifications

• Proven experience managing and growing engineering teams in a startup environment
• Genuine AI-native fluency with experience deploying AI agents in production workflows
• Active technical contributor with strong engineering fundamentals in modern backend or full-stack languages
• Experience in a scaling healthcare technology company is a strong plus
• Strong cross-functional instincts with effective partnership experience with Product and Operations
