Job Summary

The full-time remote Senior Engineering Manager will lead teams focused on AI-assisted engineering workflows, partnering with various engineering leaders to enhance developer productivity and ensure effective software development practices across Reddit.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and grow high-performing engineering teams dedicated to AI-native developer productivity
• Translate strategy into scalable platforms and engineering roadmaps for software development processes
• Build and operationalize measurement systems to assess productivity and workflow improvements

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, engineering management, or related technical domains
• Proven track record of managing high-performing engineering teams delivering large-scale technical platforms
• Deep understanding of developer productivity systems, including CI/CD and AI-assisted development workflows
• Strong data-driven mindset with experience in building measurement systems linking workflow improvements to outcomes
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership and communication skills, capable of fostering collaboration across teams
