Senior Engineering Manager

Job Summary

The full-time salaried Senior Engineering Manager - Developer Tooling will lead a high-performing engineering team responsible for delivering and operating enterprise CI platforms, driving the migration from legacy systems, and enhancing developer experiences in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the reliability, performance, and security of the CI platform while managing the migration from legacy tooling
• Collaborate with application teams to provide standards, templates, and coaching for pipeline ownership
• Drive the adoption of AI and agentic coding tools, ensuring governance and policy compliance

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, including 4+ years with developer platforms or CI/CD systems
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with backend technologies and at least one major cloud provider
• 3+ years of experience operating enterprise CI/CD platforms and familiarity with source control and artifact repository tools
• 3+ years of direct management experience in engineering teams, including hiring and performance management
• Experience leading teams in Agile or Scrum environments
