Senior Engineering Manager

Job Summary

The full-time salaried Senior Engineering Manager will lead a high-performing offshore team to develop a next-generation payments platform, guiding technical direction and mentoring engineers in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor an offshore full-stack engineering team focused on mission-critical payments systems
• Guide the technical direction of the platform with hands-on involvement in architecture and code, primarily using C#/.NET
• Drive integrations with third-party payment gateways and ensure high availability, scalability, and security in cloud pipeline architectures

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in software development and leading technical teams
• MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent preferred
• Proven experience as a full-stack engineer with strong C#/.NET backend expertise
• Deep understanding of the payments ecosystem, including transaction flows and compliance
• Hands-on experience with DevOps practices and cloud-native architectures
