Senior Engineering Manager

Job Summary

The full-time Senior Engineering Manager will lead multiple engineering teams in a remote setting, focusing on technical quality, operational health, and talent development while driving product innovation and modernization efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and set direction for 2+ engineering teams, ensuring delivery, technical execution, and operational excellence
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and balance strategic plans that prioritize customer impact and business goals
• Champion product innovation and guide teams in building new capabilities through greenfield development

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong exposure to architecture and system design
• 5+ years of experience managing engineering teams or technical leads
• Experience leading teams through complex product or platform modernization work
• Strong technical judgment in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and secure software delivery
• Proven ability to partner with Product and Design to shape roadmaps and connect engineering work to business outcomes
