Senior Engineering Manager

Job Summary

The full-time Senior Engineering Manager will oversee engineering excellence, team health, and technical quality across the platform, working remotely and reporting directly to the CTO.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and drive engineering excellence by defining metrics and improving software development processes
• Bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating engineering realities into business context
• Lead and develop a team of approximately 10 engineers, fostering a high-performance team culture

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of engineering experience, including 4+ years managing engineers in a SaaS environment
• Proven operational excellence skillset with a track record of building effective systems and metrics for engineering teams
• Strong technical foundation in backend and/or data engineering
• Experience operating in compliance-bound environments (e.g., SOC 2)
• Demonstrated ability to build team culture and manage people effectively
