Senior Engineering Manager

Job Summary

The full-time salaried Senior Engineering Manager will lead the development of the AUTH product, managing a team of engineers and collaborating closely with product managers in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of products and features that align with business goals, ensuring effective technical planning and execution
• Recruit, coach, and develop engineering talent while supporting the team in achieving high technical standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the technical roadmap and participate in essential design and product discussions

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, particularly in building and maintaining APIs and SDKs for B2B integration
• 5+ years of engineering management experience, including managing senior-level engineers
• BS or MS degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent work experience
• Expertise in Golang, with familiarity in TypeScript and React
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology, including financial compliance and security standards
