Senior Engineering Manager

Job Summary

The full-time Senior Engineering Manager will lead multiple engineering squads in a remote setting, driving the architecture, development, and delivery of secure, scalable software solutions for digital pharmacy and API-driven fulfillment platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of 10+ software engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance
• Guide the technical vision for core B2B and consumer-facing platforms, ensuring secure and highly available solutions
• Own the end-to-end software development lifecycle, ensuring predictable delivery of features that enhance pharmacy logistics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
• 8+ years of progressive experience in software engineering and architecture
• 3+ years of direct people management experience, including managing multiple engineering teams
• Previous experience building scalable B2B SaaS or consumer-facing web applications
• Deep architectural understanding and proven experience deploying systems using AWS, PostgreSQL, Ruby on Rails, and Python
