Job Summary

The full-time salaried Senior Engineering Manager will lead the Security Products engineering team, driving the development and delivery of innovative security solutions while fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary engineering team focused on building scalable security products
• Drive the technical roadmap and execution for security features, including threat detection and identity management
• Manage delivery timelines and inter-team dependencies to ensure successful on-time execution of product milestones

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4+ years in a senior leadership or management role
• Proven track record of delivering complex security products or cloud-scale distributed systems
• Deep understanding of security protocols, cryptography, and modern web application security
• Expert-level Go and strong JavaScript/Node.js skills
