Job Summary
The full-time remote Senior Engineering Manager will lead and grow a high-performing Desktop Product team, driving the evolution of agentic engineering cycles and overseeing architectural decisions while collaborating closely with product management.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and elevate an existing, high-performing engineering team
- Drive the evolution of agentic engineering cycles towards full automation
- Review architectural decisions and set the technical direction for the team
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of engineering experience with a proven track record of team leadership
- Strong understanding of agentic workflows and AI-driven development
- Solid architectural knowledge to guide technical decisions and system design
- Ability to communicate effectively and align teams with product goals
- Experience with .NET Framework or a strong capability to understand diverse technologies
