Job Summary

Leading a team of backend and mobile engineers, the full-time Senior Engineering Manager will oversee the development of Fetch's loyalty and retention platform, ensuring scalable and reliable systems while collaborating closely with cross-functional partners in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of backend and mobile engineers, ensuring high-quality outcomes and team performance
• Own the delivery of the Loyalty roadmap, translating product goals into technical plans and managing execution
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Data teams to shape user experiences and implement retention mechanics

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience managing software engineers
• Strong technical background in backend or native mobile development
• Experience delivering customer-facing products at scale
• Proven track record of leading teams to ship complex projects
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
