Senior Engineering Manager

Job Summary

The full-time salaried Senior Engineering Manager will lead and develop multidisciplinary engineering teams focused on large-scale data platforms, analytics applications, and AI-driven solutions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor engineering managers and teams across data engineering, analytics, and application development functions
• Define and execute technical strategy for analytics platforms, data pipelines, and AI-enabled solutions
• Drive adoption of engineering best practices throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 7+ years of software development experience, including 4+ years in engineering leadership or management roles
• Strong experience with data engineering, ETL/ELT pipelines, and modern data warehouse technologies
• Hands-on technical background in .NET technologies, including C# and ASP.NET Core
• Experience implementing or supporting AI and machine learning solutions in production environments
