Senior Engineering Manager

Job Summary

The full-time Senior Engineering Manager will lead the development of routing systems for a secure medical record retrieval platform, focusing on scaling technology and teams to ensure reliable and timely data for healthcare decisions in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the technical vision for the routing and retrieval platform, aligning with product strategy and healthcare goals
• Lead and mentor engineering teams to foster high performance and cultivate future leaders
• Drive engineering excellence through best practices in system reliability, security, and compliance

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with 6-8+ years in engineering management
• Proven track record in scaling enterprise-grade B2B SaaS platforms, preferably in regulated industries
• Experience in building foundational platforms and APIs that support multiple products
• Deep understanding of systems design for scale, including observability and operational excellence
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, including Product and Design
