Senior Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading multiple development teams in a remote, full-time capacity, the Senior Engineering Manager will drive delivery, engineering quality, and team performance while ensuring secure, scalable, and compliant solutions in a high-stakes environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage engineering managers and technical leads, setting clear expectations and driving performance management
• Own end-to-end delivery across design, development, testing, and operations while ensuring systems meet scalability and security requirements
• Drive execution within Agile and SAFe frameworks, managing cross-team dependencies and ensuring compliance with CMS regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of software engineering experience
• 4+ years in engineering management roles
• Experience leading multiple Agile teams in complex environments
• Strong experience with cloud platforms, especially AWS
• Proven ability to improve delivery performance and team effectiveness
