Senior Engineering Manager

Job Summary

The full-time remote Senior Engineering Manager will lead multiple engineering teams to enhance execution, quality, and performance, while closely collaborating with Product and cross-functional leaders to drive impactful software initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead engineering teams to deliver high-quality, scalable software aligned with company priorities
• Set clear goals and success metrics, ensuring teams operate with focus and accountability
• Remove organizational and technical barriers to maintain execution momentum across teams

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing engineering teams in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Hands-on experience with Go and full-stack systems
• Deep knowledge of AWS and/or GCP, and modern distributed systems
• Proven ability to establish scalable engineering practices and drive architectural decisions
