Job Summary

The full-time salaried Senior Engineering Manager will lead a high-impact engineering team focused on growth initiatives, including acquisition and retention, while working remotely and collaborating closely with cross-functional leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, mentor, and grow a team of engineers, fostering a high-trust environment with clear expectations and accountability
• Lead engineering execution for growth initiatives, ensuring alignment with product strategy and delivering impactful user experiences
• Build a strong experimentation culture by partnering on A/B tests and utilizing metrics to inform decision-making

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 4 years in engineering management
• Experience developing iOS apps with Swift or managing teams that do so
• Proven track record of shipping large-scale product initiatives with cross-functional dependencies
• Strong product, analytical, and technical judgment, utilizing experimentation and metrics for decision-making
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments requiring prioritization and adaptability
