Senior Engineering Manager

Job Summary

The full-time salaried Senior Engineering Manager - Developer Tooling will oversee the operation and reliability of the enterprise CI platform while managing a high-performing engineering team focused on migrating from legacy systems and enhancing developer tools in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day platform reliability, performance, security, and oversee the migration program from legacy CI/CD and artifact tooling
• Operate the partnership model with application teams, providing templates and coaching to ensure effective pipeline ownership
• Drive the adoption of AI and agentic coding tools, including governance and policy implementation

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, including 4+ years in developer platforms or CI/CD systems
• 4+ years of hands-on software engineering with backend technologies and major cloud providers
• 3+ years operating enterprise CI or CD platforms with familiarity in source control and artifact repository tools
• 3+ years of experience managing engineering teams, including hiring and performance management
• Experience leading teams in Agile or Scrum environments
