Senior Engineering Manager

Job Summary

The full-time remote Senior Engineering Manager will lead and grow a team of engineers focused on enhancing the Console interface and developer tooling for the Tiger platform, setting technical direction and fostering a strong engineering culture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers, overseeing hiring, performance, and team health
• Own the end-to-end development of the Console UI and associated developer tooling, ensuring high-quality user experiences
• Establish engineering practices and collaborate with Product and Design teams to deliver polished features

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a management role
• Proven track record of leading high-performing full-stack teams that deliver customer-facing products
• Strong technical expertise in JavaScript and Go, with hands-on experience in relevant technologies
• Experience managing complex, customer-facing domains, including billing and user management
• Ability to set culture and standards during periods of growth or reorganization
