Senior Engineering Manager

Job Summary

The full-time Senior Engineering Manager will lead two engineering teams focused on AI Enablement and EHR Agentic Integration, managing approximately 7 engineers while driving product initiatives and coordinating cross-team efforts in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and develop two engineering teams, focusing on coaching, performance management, and hiring
• Own the execution of AI Enablement and EHR Agents charters, partnering with platform and product leaders
• Coordinate cross-team delivery and operational rhythms, ensuring accountability for project progress and risks

Required qualifications:

• BS/BTech (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of engineering experience, including 3+ years in a direct management role
• Experience managing teams of 5+ engineers through complex software project deliveries
• Strong technical foundation with the ability to engage in architecture and code discussions
• Proven track record of hiring and developing engineers across various experience levels
