Job Summary

The full-time Senior Engineering Manager will lead a high-impact team of software engineers in a remote environment, focusing on people leadership, mentorship, and driving technical projects from conception to completion.

• Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to define priorities and drive project execution
• Stay engaged with technical work, assisting with code reviews and architectural discussions

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, preferably with modern web applications
• Experience managing or mentoring engineers in a fast-paced technical environment
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Strong technical judgment with the ability to understand system design and engineering tradeoffs
• Comfortable working in a fully remote environment
