Senior Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading engineering initiatives from concept to execution, the full-time salaried Senior Engineering Manager will provide technical and organizational leadership for innovation projects, focusing on AI-driven technologies and cross-functional collaboration in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead innovation engineering initiatives, translating opportunities into executable plans and measurable outcomes
• Manage and develop direct-report engineers through performance management, coaching, and career development
• Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to align priorities and drive the delivery of new capabilities across teams

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in software engineering or related technical roles with progressive responsibility
• 4+ years of experience leading engineering teams with direct people management responsibility
• Demonstrated experience delivering ambiguous, innovation-focused technical initiatives from concept to execution
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience with AI, data science, or cloud platforms is beneficial
