Senior Engineering Manager

Job Summary

The full-time remote Senior Engineering Manager will lead a team of growth engineers focused on enhancing user acquisition, retention, and revenue through data-driven strategies and technical optimization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of 5-8 full-stack growth engineers, promoting rapid experimentation and technical excellence
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to scope and deliver projects effectively
• Drive key performance metrics and establish a technical strategy in partnership with senior leaders and stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3+ years in engineering management
• Deep expertise in modern web tech stacks, including React, Next.js, AWS, Postgres, and Kubernetes
• Proven experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
• Strong experience with headless e-commerce platforms like Shopify and managing subscription lifecycles
