Job Summary

Leading a high-performing engineering team, the full-time remote Senior Engineering Manager will oversee platform and infrastructure initiatives, focusing on team performance, technical direction, and alignment with company objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Hire, manage, and develop software engineers while driving team performance and career growth
• Execute quarterly roadmaps by breaking down goals into measurable milestones and ensuring timely delivery
• Engage technically in design and code reviews, contributing to architecture decisions and organizational improvements

Required qualifications

• 6-8+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years in a management role
• Proven track record in delivering high-quality software at scale and managing team performance
• Technical depth in database reliability, CI/CD, or developer platform tooling
• Strong knowledge of public cloud platforms, infrastructure tooling, and DevOps practices
• B.S., M.S., or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
