Senior Engineering Manager

Job Summary

The full-time salaried Senior Engineering Manager will lead architectural decisions for the ad server tech stack, oversee subteams for bidder infrastructure and VAST serving, and drive the ad server independence initiative in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architectural decisions across the ad server tech stack and its integration points
• Take ownership of the ad server independence roadmap and coordinate subteams supporting the initiative
• Serve as the technical DRI for bidder integration work, partnering closely with stakeholders on planning and execution

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 9+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years in the ad industry and 3+ years in programmatic ad tech
• 5+ years of engineering management experience
• Proven experience in designing scalable, resilient, and observable production systems
• Strong data literacy and ability to leverage data for technical and strategic decision-making
