Senior Engineering Manager

Job Summary

The full-time salaried Senior Engineering Manager will lead senior engineering teams focused on core platform capabilities for the Atlas Platform, managing day-to-day operations, technical decisions, and stakeholder engagement in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the operating cadence of the team, including planning, prioritization, and retrospectives to ensure predictable delivery
• Partner with Product Management to establish strategic direction and translate it into executable plans
• Coach and develop engineers, managing performance and hiring to shape a high-performing team

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in a Software Engineering Management role focused on backend services and APIs
• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Software Engineer
• Deep knowledge of complex, scaling SaaS products and agile processes
• Extensive experience with microservice architecture and distributed systems
• BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
