Senior Engineering Manager

Job Summary

The full-time salaried Senior Engineering Manager will lead the Client team in managing CI/CD workflows, shipping software to customer environments, and building a strong engineering team, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end CI/CD workflows and updates for the NodeZero runner deployed to customers
• Spearhead software development aimed at enhancing customer defenses and vulnerability remediation
• Build, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team focused on software delivery

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in leading teams that design and operate containerized software in customer environments
• Experience in building and growing engineering teams, including hiring and establishing engineering norms
• Proficient in Go, Python, or C++ with a strong understanding of Linux OS-level operations
• Experience with implementing software supply chain practices for secure updates to distributed agents
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for building and signing container images
