Job Summary

Focused on the architecture and evolution of agent-powered features, the full-time Senior Engineering Manager will lead teams in developing innovative generative AI products while collaborating with cross-functional partners in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the development of the Spotify Agentic Experience, delivering innovative products for music, podcasts, and audiobooks
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to create a generative AI tech strategy that positions Spotify as an industry leader
• Provide servant leadership to multiple teams, fostering a collaborative engineering culture and mentoring team members
