Senior Engineering Manager

Job Summary

The full-time salaried Senior Engineering Manager will lead a team focused on React/TypeScript and Java Spring Boot to deliver scalable systems for dental practice management while contributing technically and mentoring engineers in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor engineering team members, fostering a culture of technical excellence
• Own the technical roadmap and manage end-to-end delivery of product updates
• Architect and oversee integration between backend and frontend systems to ensure performance and reliability

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 2+ years in a leadership role
• Strong technical proficiency in React/TypeScript and Java Spring Boot
• Experience in the dental or healthcare industry is highly preferred
• Proven track record of managing product releases in a live production environment
