Job Summary

The full-time salaried Senior Engineering Manager will scale a growing remote engineering organization, manage cross-functional projects, and oversee software architecture design while collaborating closely with the CTO.

Key responsibilities

• Hire, grow, and mentor an engineering team to maximize team harmony and individual satisfaction
• Manage cross-functional projects, engineering resource allocation, and prioritization
• Conduct software architecture design reviews and analyses

Required qualifications

• 5 years of prior software engineering experience in a systems domain
• 3 years of prior engineering management experience
• Experience working with remote teams
• Experience maintaining or contributing to open source projects
• Working knowledge of fundamental Bitcoin design principles
