Senior Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team in a remote environment, the full-time Senior Engineering Manager, Data Engineering will oversee the design and operation of scalable data pipelines, driving the technical strategy and execution roadmap for the data platform that supports analytics, reporting, and AI-driven insights across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and execute a strategic roadmap for the Data Engineering platform
• Lead the delivery of scalable, reliable, and governed data products that enable analytics and insights
• Build and mentor a high-performing Data Engineering organization through hiring and career development

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience building and operating large-scale data platforms or analytics systems
• 5+ years of experience leading Data Engineering teams, preferably managing multiple teams
• Strong experience with cloud-based analytics platforms and data processing systems
• Proven ability to define technical strategy and deliver complex cross-functional initiatives
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred
