Senior Engineering Manager

Job Summary

The full-time remote Senior Engineering Manager will lead a team of product engineers to enhance the developer experience of the Render platform, guiding technical direction and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable systems.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of product engineers, fostering their development and guiding technical growth
• Drive execution on key product initiatives from ideation to launch while maintaining high standards of quality and reliability
• Collaborate with Product and Design teams to translate customer needs into effective technical solutions and product roadmaps

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of engineering experience with a focus on shipping impactful products or features
• 4+ years of experience in managing and developing engineering teams, including hiring and mentorship
• Strong technical background with expertise in system design and architecture
• Product-oriented mindset with experience in translating business goals into engineering roadmaps
• Proven ability to balance urgency with quality in execution and problem-solving
