Senior Engineering Manager

Job Summary

The full-time salaried Senior Engineering Manager will lead a front-end engineering team, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver high-quality consumer-facing web experiences in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Hire, mentor, and develop a team of front-end engineers to build best-in-class web applications
• Champion UI quality standards, ensuring performance, accessibility, and responsive design
• Collaborate with UX/Design teams to translate product vision into polished user interfaces

Required qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related fields with 8+ years of software development experience, or 10+ years of equivalent experience
• 3+ years of management experience leading distributed engineering teams
• Expertise in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and front-end frameworks, particularly React
• Strong understanding of web performance optimization and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1+)
• Experience working in an Agile environment with enterprise-scale distributed systems development
