Senior Engineering Manager

Job Summary

The full-time remote Senior Engineering Manager will lead a global team in developing control solutions for utility-scale energy storage, driving the New Product Introduction process, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain competitive positioning in the market.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the global Energy Storage Controls engineering team, setting direction and developing talent
• Drive the New Product Introduction process from concept through commissioning, including troubleshooting and performance optimization
• Collaborate with various engineering teams to co-develop technology roadmaps and enhance operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field from an accredited institution
• Significant experience in control systems engineering, preferably in energy storage or renewable energy
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams with a focus on people development and process ownership
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
