Senior Engineering Manager

Job Summary

The full-time remote Senior Engineering Manager will lead and develop a team of engineers across iOS, Android, Web, and backend platforms, shaping technical direction and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to drive product initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and develop engineers through regular 1:1s and skill-building opportunities
• Partner with stakeholders to shape roadmap priorities and ensure predictable delivery
• Set standards for product quality and engineering craft, ensuring consistent delivery

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience leading engineering teams and 6+ years in software development
• Technical depth in areas of the tech stack with a broad understanding for architecture discussions
• Strong product instincts and the ability to build relationships with Product and Design teams
• Active development of AI fluency and commitment to high standards of judgment and ownership
• Experience in hiring and onboarding engineers with a focus on values alignment and skill fit
