Job Summary

The full-time Senior Engineering Manager will lead a high-impact team of software engineers in a remote environment, focusing on people leadership, mentorship, and driving technical projects from conception to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers while fostering career development and team health
• Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to define priorities and drive project execution
• Support technical discussions, code reviews, and architectural improvements to ensure high-quality product delivery

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, preferably with modern web applications
• Experience managing or mentoring engineers in a fast-paced technical environment
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Strong understanding of system design, architecture, and engineering tradeoffs
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment
