Senior Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To lead the Loyalty product that powers the Zeta Marketing Platform, the full-time Senior Engineering Manager will oversee technical execution, architecture, and delivery of core loyalty features while actively participating in design reviews and mentoring engineering teams in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and technical direction for the Loyalty product, translating product strategy into executable engineering roadmaps
• Build and manage a high-performing team of engineers, fostering a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate delivery of initiatives and resolve technical dependencies

Required Qualifications

• Significant experience building and operating large-scale distributed platforms or multi-tenant SaaS systems
• Experience leading engineering teams responsible for full-stack application development
• Strong technical expertise in distributed systems, APIs, and cloud-native architectures
• Operational knowledge of observability, incident management, and production readiness
• Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers and grow technical leaders
