Senior Engineering Manager

Job Summary

The full-time Senior Engineering Manager will lead the Core Automation team in reimagining and automating compliance operations using advanced AI techniques, while managing engineering teams and collaborating across functions in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Explore and apply advanced GenAI techniques to solve complex organizational challenges
• Build and manage engineering teams focused on developing features, services, and infrastructure in the Compliance domain
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a tangible roadmap that aligns with product and technical vision

Required qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in software engineering
• A minimum of 5 years of engineering management experience, including 2 years managing other managers
• Experience creating, delivering, and operating multi-tenanted, distributed systems at scale
• Strong understanding of high-quality code and software engineering processes
• Ability to navigate ambiguity while maintaining execution focus
