Senior Engineering Manager

Job Summary

The full-time remote Senior Engineering Manager will lead a globally distributed team of rendering engineers, focusing on the development of a realtime renderer that integrates cutting-edge graphics technologies while managing delivery and technical strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of senior rendering engineers in realtime rendering and GPU work
• Drive daily delivery efforts, balancing priorities and ensuring engineering velocity and output quality
• Own and evolve the renderer's technical strategy, ensuring coherence across various graphics APIs and platforms

Required qualifications

• Proven experience leading realtime graphics engineers and shipping production renderers or GPU-heavy products
• Hands-on knowledge of radiance fields, Gaussian splatting, or neural rendering
• Strong expertise in C++, shading languages, and rendering pipeline architecture
• Demonstrated ability to coach and grow a multidisciplinary engineering team
• Excellent written communication skills for effective collaboration across multiple time zones
