Senior Engineering Manager

Job Summary

The full-time remote Senior Engineering Manager will lead high-impact incident response efforts in a complex cloud environment, managing a team of 5-8 while coordinating security incidents and improving incident response processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate complex security incidents, ensuring effective investigation and resolution
• Coach and develop incident responders, enhancing the quality of investigations and decision-making
• Drive the adoption of investigative AI tools and automation to improve incident response efficiency

Required qualifications

• Proven experience leading multi-stakeholder security incidents in a SaaS or cloud environment
• Strong executive communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly
• Experience in improving incident response programs through metrics and process design
• Familiarity with investigation workflows and detection and response tooling
• Experience deploying AI tools and automation in security operations or incident response
