Key responsibilities
- Lead engineering execution by clarifying priorities, ownership, timelines, and quality expectations
- Manage and mentor engineers and contractors, providing coaching and performance support
- Collaborate with product and technical leadership to translate product direction into coordinated engineering plans
Required qualifications
- 15+ years of professional software development experience, with significant senior engineering leadership experience
- 5+ years of experience managing technical teams, including senior engineers
- Proven track record of delivering polished, high-quality products
- Technical fluency with AI-enabled products and experience with enterprise software
- Experience delivering complex applications across multiple platforms, including desktop, web, and mobile
